Performers requesting profile removal for another reason should use our contact page.
1. What your notice must include
A copyright owner, or an authorized representative, should provide:
- A physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The exact address of every page or item concerned.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
2. Where to send a notice
Email a complete notice to contact@ojerk.com with the subject “DMCA Notice”. Incomplete notices may be delayed while we request missing information.
3. Review and action
We may remove or restrict access to material while a valid notice is reviewed. We may send the notice to the relevant content supplier and keep appropriate records. A notice does not guarantee removal when the material is outside our control, but we will take reasonable action on pages we operate.
4. Counter-notice
If material was removed by mistake or misidentification, the affected party may submit a counter-notice identifying the removed material, its former location, contact details, a consent to the appropriate court jurisdiction and a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.
5. Repeat infringement and abuse
We may restrict users or sources associated with repeated infringement when appropriate. Knowingly submitting a false notice or counter-notice may create legal liability. Consider obtaining legal advice before making a formal claim.
6. Other requests
For privacy, model-profile or general questions, use the contact page. Copyright notices should remain focused on the protected work, disputed material and authority of the sender.
